My Dad was a baby when his Father was killed during the war and his Mother my Great Grandma never got over the loss.

William Bastyan was my husbands father , my husband was just 18 mths when his father died from enemy action, now my husband has sadly passed away from a brave battle with cancer. I would like to remember his Father on his behalf , such a brave man , he was killed in the Plymouth blitz , his life was cruely cut short. , he left behind another very brave man , his son Gerald William .
